We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. At Teelogia, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to replace it or issue a refund under the terms below.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products to provide the best service to our customers. However, please note the following conditions:
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund.
Non-Defective Items (Custom Orders): While we accept returns for non-defective products, since all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for “Change of Mind,” personal preference, or wrong size selection.
